The Arbitration Committee is an important committee within the association and currently consists of 6 volunteers. They guide people to a referee card, are in contact with the KNHB about arbitration regarding matches and schedule the referees for the competition matches. For this last role we are looking for a new volunteer who wants to take care of the planning for Saturday's competition matches.
What are you going to do?
- Weekly scheduling of (youth) referees in the system (Lisa). Communicating to youth referees which competition match they are assigned to. Identifying any bottlenecks, discussing them within the team and looking for a solution.
What do we ask of you?
- You are available on average about 3 hours per week. You have good communication skills. You are well versed in planning. You have an affinity with digital administrative processes. You have a flexible, positive and solution-oriented attitude.
