Rotterdam Heren 2 falls under the Topsport department of Rotterdam and has been playing at the highest level for reserve teams for years; the Reserve Major Class. The opponents are the reserve teams from Bloemendaal, Amsterdam, Pinoke, Little Switzerland and so on. The team is currently at the top of that class.
Many first teams from other clubs are surprised by the high level of this team, as evidenced by the 2 victories recorded against 1st teams from transitional class clubs during the Gold Cup competition.
From the coming season, Men's 2 is looking for a trainer/coach who enjoys guiding the mix of experienced former major league players and young talent to great performances in the major league, where the development of talent but also the enjoyment of older experienced players must be central. to stand.
What are you going to do?
You work together with the staff of H1 and JA1 to, in addition to the permanent core of H2, get players from JA1 used to real work and to help develop players from H1 who play less in the first future. In this way you contribute significantly to the progression of your own youth to Men's 1, something that the club emphatically strives for.
